The introduction of ‘Smile’ technology has taken Full Personalisation to a new level. This exciting and innovative software allows individual names from a database to be embedded directly into Photographs and then combine this Personalised Photograph with address data and Personalised Copy to make a uniquely personal presentation. Imagine the difference it could make to the business if the next Mailshot was two to three time more effective than the last!!

We can also produce Fully Personalised Digital Printing without the ‘Smile’ Images. This is known as Full Colour Variable Data.

Step 1

Supply a database as an Excel spreadsheet or comma separated variables text file. If required, a database can be procured for you. Data can also be cleaned, using automated processes and even telephoning potential or existing clients to verify the data. We would be delighted to discuss database procurement and data cleaning options and costs with you.

Step 2

Once the database has been prepared the marketing literature needs to be designed. There are a number of Standard ‘Smile’ Images which can be used. These are shown in the Pricing Table above. It is usually possible relate these Standard ‘Smile’ Images to almost any theme requirement. Other ‘Smile’ Images are available from our extensive Library are available at an extra charge of £155 + VAT. We will be pleased to email our Library to you on request.
