Big Digital Images for Indoor Use are printed using Dye Based Digital Inks. These Digital Inks produce extremely vibrant colours. Please note that Dye Based Digital Images can fade if exposed to sunlight for prolonged periods. Used internally their life is virtually unlimited.
Big Digital Images for Outdoor Use are printed using Solvent Based Digital Inks. Solvent inks are guaranteed stable against UV light exposure for up to three years. Solvent Based Digital Inks are Waterproof and can be printed directly on to a number of non-porous materials

Film Lamination Double-sided 43 micron Film Lamination is standard on Photorealistic Matt Paper 180 gsm. This protects the surface and makes the print less vulnerable to scratching. Lamination is not recommended on Photorealistic Silk 170 gsm or Photorealistic Gloss 170 gsm as the surface effect will be completely masked by Lamination.
Film Encapsulation Double-sided Encapsulation is similar to Lamination except that the Film extends beyond the edges of the Material and seals together. This makes the poster effectively Waterproof and extremely durable. Encapsulation is available in three grades: 43 micron, 125 micron and 250 micron per side.
Mounting Mounting posters on to 10 mm Centafoam makes a rigid display which looks particularly appealing and is ideal for use in exhibitions and presentations.
Please Note: The cost of packing large Foam Mounted Images to make them safely transportable can be considerable. Please check at the time of ordering.
Roping and Eyeletting Banners produced on Reinforced Banner Vinyl can be Eyeletted and Roped to allow for external hanging. For maximum durability the edges are folded and bonded to make double thickness prior to eyeletting.
Turnaround
We normally dispatch inSIX working days from receipt of full payment and complete artwork or approval of proof. A multiple job consignment will be dispatched complete when all items are ready.
