Standard Boxes - Full Colour & Spot Colour

Standard Boxes are made from 400 gsm Matt Art Card for rugged durability. They can be printed on in Spot Colour or Full Colour and be finished with Gloss or Matt Lamination.

Standard Box types B4, B5 and B6 can also be Spot UV Varnished. Please Contact us for details.

Boxes are supplied flat but glued. This means they are ready to be filled on delivery.

Fluted Liners.

Fluted Liners are available as an optional extra. Liners provide extra stiffness, where required, for larger boxes.

Fluted Liners are available for five popular box sizes.
B4, B5, B6, B7 and B8.

Standard Boxes are produced using Stochastic Screening, which virtually eliminates conventional printing dots and produces considerably enhanced results..

To complement our standard Full Colour Printing we also offer Hexachrome (6-colour) and Metal FX (MetallicPrinting on Standard Boxes.

Custom Size Boxes

Should a different size be required click on the ‘Custom size’ Button in the Pricing Panel, enter the required Custom size and press the ‘Recalculate’ Button.The Custom Size Box Dimensions must fall within the rectangular flat size shown below. A Cutting Forme Guide must be supplied with the Artwork.

Turnaround

We normally dispatch in TEN working days from receipt of full payment and complete artwork or approval of proof. A multiple job consignment will be dispatched complete when all items are ready.
