Card Badges are Die-cut to the required shape. There is a wide range of Standard Shapes available (see the Price Panel below).

Card Badges can also be printed in Full Colour on one or both sides. They can be Hot Foil Blocked and Numbered one side and Strung in a range of String Colours

Hot Foiling

Card Badges can have Foil applied to one or both sides using a Hot Foiling process. The Foil Colours available are: Metallic Gold, Metallic Silver, Flat Black, Holographic Silver and Flat White.

In addition a unique Security Foil can be specified for applications where the Card Badges have a high face value. Hot Foiling Prices include the Masters required for Foiling.

NB. Only solids can normally be reproduced in Hot Foil. Half-tone tints are not successful.

Custom Shapes
A Custom Shape must fit within a 75 x 65 mm rectangle. There is a 'one off' Cutting Forme cost for Custom Shapes - Click on ‘Finishing ‘ and ‘Custom Shape’ in the Pricing Panel above. Please note, very complex shapes may require a more expensive Cutting Forme and prices are subject to sight of Artwork..

Numbering
Card Badges can be Sequentially Numbered. Numbered Badges are supplied packed in number order.

Turnaround

We normally dispatch in FOURTEEN working days from receipt of full payment and complete artwork or approval of proof. A multiple job consignment will be dispatched complete when all items are ready.
