	Full Colour Datacards

Full Colour Datacards are ideal as Phonecards, Membership Cards, Discount Cards and Admission Cards. Datacards are available in three different grades, Gold, Platinum and Titanium. All Datacards are size
85 x 54 mm with 3 mm rounded corners. Depending upon the Card function it can be finished with a Signature Strip, Scratch-off Strip, Variable Data*, Magnetic Strip and Magnetic Encoding. Different processes can be applied to either side of the Card, i.e. Variable Data one side and Signature Strip on reverse.


	* Variable Data can consist of a Barcode, Pin Number and Serial Number provided it is all on one side of the Card.

	Gold Datacards Gold Datacards are printed on 400 gsm Matt Art Card which is sealer varnished on both sides. The Gold Datacard is approximately 400 micron thick. Gold Datacards are particularly suited for shorter term use, such as Phonecards and WiFi Access Cards. They can also be Gloss or Matt Laminated on one side or both sides for increased durability. Please note that neither a Signature Strip or Scratch-off Strip can be applied to a Laminated face.



			Platinum Datacards Platinum Datacards are a laminate construction of Rigid Plastic on a Card Core. They have a high gloss finish on both sides. The Platinum Datacard is approximately 700 micron thick. All finishes can be applied. Being rigid they are particularly suited to medium term uses, such as Discount Cards.

Titanium Datacards
Titanium Datacards look identical to our Platinum Datacards, at first sight. They are also approximately 700 micron thick but have a Plastic Core. This results in an exceptionally rigid and durable Datacard which will withstand sustained handling. Their durability might be compared to a conventional Credit Card. Titanium Datacards are excellent for long term uses such as Membership Cards.


	Titanium Datacards can be Die-cut to special shapes for special use such as a Keyring Fob. Please Contact us for details of the Cutting Forme charge.


	Full Colour Datacards are produced using Stochastic Screening, which virtually eliminates conventional printing dots and produces considerably enhanced results.

	For ultimate effect, Full Colour Datacards can also be specified with Hexachrome (Six Colour) or Metal FX.(Metallic) Printing.


	Variable Data Where the artwork has a dark background it will require a white box for numbering, etc. Data can be positioned anywhere on the Datacard with a minimum of 3 mm from any edge. Data can also be at 90 degrees if required.


	Turnaround


		We normally dispatch in EIGHT working days from receipt of full payment and complete artwork or approval of proof. A multiple job consignment will be dispatched complete when all items are ready.
