Pre-made Envelopes - Full Colour & Spot Colour
Pre-made Envelope are printed on 100 gsm White Cartridge and available in the following Standard Sizes:
C6 (114 x 162 mm), DL (110 x 220 mm), C5 (162 x 229 mm) and C4 (229 x 324 mm).

The advantage of using Pre-made Envelopes is that it is possible to print small quantities relatively inexpensively. The disadvantage is that there are inherent difficulties in printing Pre-made Envelopes.
The diagram below illustrates the problems. Firstly, it is not possible to print closer than 10 mm from the edge. Secondly, printing across different thicknesses is not successful.
The design requirements for successful Pre-made Envelope printing are:
Allow at least 10 mm on all sides as a non-printing border. Please Contact us for details of print areas of each envelope size.
Print in areas of constant paper thickness - i.e. do not have a block of print running across a thickness change.

Turnaround
We normally dispatch in TEN working days from receipt of full payment and complete artwork or approval of proof. A multiple job consignment will be dispatched complete when all items are ready.
