‘Printed Then Made’ Envelopes - Full & Spot Colour

Producing ‘Printed Then Made’ Envelopes has none of the limitations of a Pre-made Envelope. The 100 gsm White Cartridge or 115 gsm Gloss Art Paper is first printed and then the Envelope is then made. It is possible to print on every part of the envelope and even print on the inside if that is required.

The disadvantage is that the cost of making envelopes from printed sheets is expensive for smaller runs. In designing for ‘Printed Then Made’ Envelopes it is only necessary to consider the finished envelope layout and how the design envisaged will fit on to it.

Standard ‘PTM’ Envelope Sizes are:.

C6 (114 x 162 mm), DL (110 x 220 mm) and
C5 (162 x 229 mm).

With ‘Printed Then Made’ Envelopes it is also possible to specify entirely Non-standard Sizes and Shapes! We would be pleased to quote for your Non-standard envelope requirements. Please Contact us for details.
